The success of your YouTube channel depends on a variety of factors beyond our control, and we make no guarantees regarding your individual results.

    All intellectual property rights in the Services, including the content of our course, are owned by YTMasterclass. You agree not to copy, distribute, display, disseminate, or otherwise reproduce any of the information on our site, or our site itself, without our prior written permission.

    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of London, England, UK.

  11. Refund Policy
    We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your purchase of our Services. If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a refund by sending an email to jo (at) ytmasterclass (dot) com within 14 days of your purchase. However, this refund policy is applicable only if you have viewed less than 10% of the course content. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have consumed more than 10% of the course content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable law provides for a longer refund period, we will honor such law.
